Overview

A major and essential fintech player in Algeria, SlickPay simplifies and secures daily transactions. To support our rapid growth and boost the presence of our payment solutions among consumers and merchants, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Department, you will design and execute our social media strategy, build brand awareness, and lead community engagement and growth.

What you will do

  • Strategy & Editorial Planning: design and deploy multi-channel content strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to accelerate adoption of our solutions.
  • Content Management & Branding: create and write engaging content (visuals, copy, videos) tailored to the Fintech ecosystem and the Algerian market, in perfect alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Analysis & Performance: track and analyze key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions, community growth) to continuously optimize the impact of posts and campaigns.
  • B2B & B2C Projects: adapt the editorial line and tone to highlight our offers for consumers (B2C) and merchant/business partners (B2B).

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of successful experience in a similar role (Social Media / Content Marketing) in a Tech company, Startup, Fintech, Bank, or Agency.
  • Technical Skills: strong command of social media platforms and management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Admin), content creation tools (Canva, Adobe suite), and paid campaign management.
  • Communication: excellent writing and creative skills in French and Arabic (fluency in Darija for social media formats).
  • Soft Skills: sharp analytical mindset, autonomy, creativity, attention to detail, and high responsiveness to market trends.
