Overview

Releasin is an innovative platform dedicated to automating, tracking, and securing software deployment processes. We help technical teams accelerate delivery cycles while preserving code quality and production stability. As our SaaS solution scales and our product roadmap evolves, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer. Reporting to the Engineering team, you will actively contribute to the development, optimization, and maintenance of high-value backend services. Reference: RELEASIN-DEVBACK-2026.

What you will do

  • Node.js / TypeScript development: design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs.
  • Architecture & performance: optimize asynchronous execution, memory management, and response times under heavy load.
  • Integrations & APIs: design secure, documented REST / GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services and webhooks.
  • Data modeling: design optimized schemas for PostgreSQL and Redis, and work fluently with ORM / query building tools such as Prisma, TypeORM, or Knex.
  • Quality & CI/CD: maintain unit and integration test coverage with Jest or Mocha, apply Clean Code principles, and actively contribute to code reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional backend development experience, including at least 3 years focused on the Node.js / TypeScript ecosystem.
  • Deep proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and related frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.
  • Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and caching with Redis.
  • Proven practice with event-driven or messaging architectures such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous concepts, the Event Loop, streams, and concurrency management in Node.js.
  • Fluent use of Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, engineering rigor, teamwork, and a constant commitment to quality.
